Texas Discount Health Care Program Disclosure

This Texas Discount Health Care Program disclosure explains that this program is a Discount Health Care Program, not insurance. The program provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The program does not make payments directly to providers. Members are required to pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. Discounts and providers may vary. The Discount Health Care Program is administered by Rural Health Net™, Texas.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by calling our toll-free Member Support number at 888-860-1874 or by submitting a written cancellation request through email to info@ruralhealthnet.com.

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial enrollment and have not used any discounted services, you will receive a full refund of all membership fees paid. After the first 30 days, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will occur.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

This program is not insurance. Membership fees provide access to discounted services only and are not payments for medical care.
