1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Nature of the Program
Rural Health Net™ is a Discount Health Care Program, not insurance.
- We do not pay claims.
- We do not reimburse providers.
- Members pay providers directly at the time of service.
- Discounts vary by provider and service.
- Participation is voluntary for both members and providers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Rural Health Net™.
Minors may participate only when enrolled by a parent or legal guardian as part of their household membership. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for managing the minor’s membership and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
4. Member Responsibilities
- Pay membership fees on time
- Pay providers directly for services received
- Present valid membership information at the time of service
- Use the program only for lawful purposes
5. Provider Relationships
Participating providers are independent professionals. We do not control:
- Clinical decisions
- Pricing
- Availability
- Quality of care
We are not liable for any services rendered by providers.
6. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation
Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected (single monthly plan). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time by calling our toll-free Member Support number at 888-860-1874 or by submitting a written cancellation request through your Member Portal.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial enrollment and have not used any discounted services, you will receive a full refund of all membership fees paid. After the first 30 days, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will occur.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
This program is not insurance. Membership fees provide access to discounted services only and are not payments for medical care.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and branding—is the property of Rural Health Net™ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting your identity
- Attempting to access restricted systems
- Interfering with website functionality
- Using the program for fraudulent purposes
9. Disclaimers
We provide our website and services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee provider availability, specific discounts, or outcomes of care.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rural Health Net™ is not liable for medical outcomes, provider actions, or losses arising from use of our website or program.
In no event will Rural Health Net™’s total liability to you exceed the total amount of membership fees you have paid during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by State Law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
